The four things that determine a price are product, volume, destination and Incoterm. Fill those in and we can quote immediately instead of trading three emails first.

Goods are stocked in our warehouse in Poland; the loading address differs from the registered office and is confirmed on the proforma invoice. Collections on EXW terms must be booked at least 24 hours in advance.
A note on payment security. Our bank details appear only on a proforma invoice sent from enquiries@francoalvaspzoo.pl. We never change account details mid-order by email. If you receive a message claiming our account has changed, call +48 22 219 90 10 and confirm by voice before transferring anything.

Frequently asked questions
What are the possible modes of delivery?
We organise deliveries with reliable and verified contractors. We can offer transport by road, sea and air. For selected destinations we can offer quick combined transportation: road plus sea freight.
We are able to provide both full truck and groupage deliveries of single pallets.
Where can I collect the goods from, and how do I check that loading proceeds correctly?
Goods are stocked in our warehouse in Poland. You can always verify that loading is in accordance with your order by:
- receiving photo documentation or CCTV footage made during the loading, or
- sending a person authorised by you to the place of loading to control it.
Are delivery charges included in the product prices?
All transport costs are calculated individually, according to the customer's needs and always with the best rates available on the market. Every offer states the Incoterm it is quoted on, so you can see exactly what is and is not included — see our Incoterms guide.
What forms of payment and which currencies are accepted?
We accept telegraphic transfer payments made to the Francoalva Sp. z o.o. account in Europe. Payments can be made in EUR or USD.
Our bank details appear only on a proforma invoice sent from enquiries@francoalvaspzoo.pl. We never notify a change of bank account by email — verify any such message by telephone before transferring funds.
Am I obliged to purchase when I place an order?
Our standard order completion condition for foreign customers requires a 20–50% deposit as order confirmation. If the amount is not settled on our account we cannot guarantee that the stock stays reserved.
With domestic orders we settle cooperation conditions individually each time.
Which markets do you supply?
Poland and the European Union, plus over 50 markets worldwide including Africa, Asia and the Middle East. Buyers outside the EU are responsible for their own import registration and any product-registration requirements in the destination market.
